According to the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans: www.nchv.org; nearly 200,000 veterans are homeless on any given night; Veterans account for 33% of all adult homeless people in America (United States Department of Veterans Affairs).

- Active military and reserves: 25,000
- Deployments to Iraq/Afghanistan (4 -15 months in length) occur

- 35% of those being deployed are on 3rd or 4th deployment
- PTSD rate 1 in every 4 - Most believe soon we will see that figure change to one in every two
